Scarlet ex Japanese Booster Box

Scarlet ex Japanese Booster Box

The Scarlet ex Japanese Booster Box is a Pokémon TCG booster box from the Scarlet & Violet era. This Japanese release is known as Scarlet ex, with the set code SV1S. It launched in Japan on January 20, 2023, alongside Violet ex.

Each box contains 30 booster packs, while each pack contains 5 randomly selected cards. This makes the box a fun option for collectors who enjoy opening Japanese Pokémon packs and discovering cards from the set.

Japanese Pokémon Booster Box

The Scarlet ex Japanese Booster Box features cards from the first Japanese Scarlet & Violet expansion. The set includes Pokémon from the Paldea region along with returning favorites. It also introduces the Pokémon ex card style used throughout the Scarlet & Violet era.

Furthermore, Scarlet ex includes several card rarities for collectors to discover. The set features regular cards, Art Rare cards, Special Art Rare cards, Full Art cards, and other higher-rarity cards.

30 Booster Packs

Inside the Scarlet ex Japanese Booster Box, you will find 30 sealed booster packs. Each pack contains 5 cards, giving you 150 cards in total across the full box. Card contents are randomized, so individual boxes can contain different cards and rarities.

Opening a sealed box also gives collectors the chance to discover Pokémon ex cards and other special cards from the set. However, one booster box does not guarantee a complete set because the cards are randomly distributed.

Scarlet & Violet Pokémon TCG

Scarlet ex helped launch the Japanese Scarlet & Violet era. The set works well for collectors building an early Scarlet & Violet collection or fans who enjoy Japanese Pokémon cards.

In addition, the Japanese packaging gives this booster box a distinctive look for sealed product displays. Keep the box sealed for your collection, or open the packs and explore the cards inside.

Overall, the Scarlet ex Japanese Booster Box offers 30 booster packs from an important Japanese Pokémon TCG release. With its Japanese edition, Paldea Pokémon, and range of card rarities, it is a useful addition to a Pokémon TCG collection.
